The purpose of the "History of Computing" program is to provide University System of Georgia students the opportunity to experience first-hand the history of computing by active immersion in the culture and society at England.
This experience was first conducted in Oxford, England as part of the CSU in Oxford Summer Program and surrounding sites over three weeks (July 6-July 25, 2007).
Version 2.0 is being taught in London (June 18 - July 24, 2009)

Welcome to this Computer History blog, designed for use with the History of Computing course being taught in Oxford, England in July 2007. Feel free to comment on the blog and the wiki that is linked to from here.
Sorry, I had to claim that. Never done it before. For the record, I'm glad to see such integration between technology and school. We will see in the end how all of this turns out!
Does anyone know how well equipped the kitchen is at The House? I'm planning a menu and would like to know. Is there a cast iron skillet (or, at least, an oven proof one)? Is there a slow cooker?
